Sausage and Cannellini Bean Ragu

Ingredients:

* 1 pound Italian sausage

* 1 teaspoon dried oregano

* 1 pound pasta

Instructions:

1. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the sausage with a spoon as it cooks.
2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened.
3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
4. Stir in the tomatoes, cannellini beans, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
6. While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta according to package directions.
7. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Stir to combine.
