Baked Rice with Prawns, Chorizo, and Courgette

Ingredients:

* 1 cup arborio rice
* 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
* 1/2 cup white wine (optional)

* 1/2 pound chorizo, sliced
* 1 courgette, diced

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
