Steak Fajitas with Red Peppers and Couscous

Steak fajitas are a classic Tex-Mex dish that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. This recipe uses steak, red peppers, and couscous to create a flavorful and satisfying dish.

Ingredients:

* 1 pound flank steak
* 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
* 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
* 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
* 1 onion, sliced into thin strips
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 packet taco seasoning
* 1 cup water
* 1 cup couscous
* 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
* 1/4 cup chopped red onion
* Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned.
3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
4. Add the bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
