Ingredients:

* 1 pound ground beef
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 1 (15 ounce) can of tomato sauce
* 1 (15 ounce) can of diced tomatoes
* 1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 (15 ounce) can of corn, drained
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 (16 ounce) package of pasta

Instructions:

1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
2. Add the onion, garlic, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
4. Add the pasta to the pot and stir to combine. Add enough water to cover the pasta by about 1 inch.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips:

* For a creamier goulash, add 1/2 cup of heavy cream or sour cream to the sauce.
* If you don't have any kidney beans, you can substitute another type of bean, such as black beans or pinto beans.
* To make the goulash ahead of time, cook the pasta according to the package directions and then drain and rinse it. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and reheat over low heat until warmed through.

Goulash pasta is a versatile dish that can be easily customized to your liking. Add some shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese on top, or serve it with a side of crusty bread. No matter how you serve it, this one-pot meal is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
