What is Beef Bhuna?

Beef bhuna is a classic Indian dish made with beef, onions, tomatoes, and spices. It is a flavorful and aromatic dish that is typically served with rice or naan bread.

Ingredients:

* 1 pound beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 inch ginger, minced
* 2 tomatoes, chopped
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon ground coriander
* 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1 teaspoon red chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup water
* Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until softened.
4. Add the tomatoes, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala.
5. Stir to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add the water and salt to taste.
7. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
