My Favourite Dish

Spaghetti with garlic and chilli is one of my favourite dishes. It's so simple to make, but it's packed with flavour. The garlic and chilli give the dish a lovely kick, and the spaghetti is cooked to perfection.

I like to use a good quality spaghetti for this dish. I find that the De Cecco brand is a good choice. It's made from durum wheat, which gives it a nice firm texture.

I also use fresh garlic and chillies for this dish. I find that they give the dish the best flavour.

To make this dish, start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package directions. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and chillies to the skillet and cook until they are fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese.

Here is a recipe for my favourite spaghetti with garlic and chilli:

Ingredients:

* 1 pound spaghetti
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
2. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic and chillies to the skillet and cook until they are fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat.
5. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese.
