Winter Salad with Raisins, Dill, and Walnuts

One of our favorite winter salads is this one with raisins, dill, and walnuts. It's a simple salad to make, but it's packed with flavor. The raisins add a touch of sweetness, the dill adds a bit of brightness, and the walnuts add a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients:
* 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped red onion
* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 1/2 cup chopped carrots
* 1/2 cup raisins
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
* 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Dressing:
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 1 teaspoon honey
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, onion, celery, carrots, raisins, dill, and walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle with feta cheese, if desired.
