Easy Venison Keema

Venison keema is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines ground venison with a variety of spices and vegetables. It's a great way to use up leftover venison, and it can be served as an appetizer, main course, or side dish.

Ingredients:

* 1 pound ground venison
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 inch ginger, grated
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon ground coriander
* 1 teaspoon turmeric
* 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1 tomato, chopped
* 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, or until the spices are fragrant.
4. Add the ground venison and cook until browned, breaking it up as you cook.
5. Add the tomato and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
6. Serve the venison keema over rice, with naan bread, or with your favorite side dish.

Tips:

* If you don't have ground venison, you can use ground beef or lamb instead.
* You can adjust the spices to your taste. If you like a spicier dish, add more red chili powder.
* Venison keema can be made ahead of time and reheated when you're ready to serve.
* Venison keema is a great source of protein and iron. It's also low in fat and calories.
