Moroccan Spiced Mince Couscous

Ingredients:

* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground lamb or beef. Drain off any excess fat.

3. Stir in the cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
