My Favorite Dish: Baingan Bharta with Harneet Baweja Life Lessons

5. Stir in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
6. Add the mashed eggplant and stir to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the eggplant is heated through.
7. Stir in the cilantro and salt to taste.
8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
