Air Fryer Cauliflower Popcorn with Sour Cream Herb Dressing

Cauliflower popcorn is a healthy and delicious snack or side dish that can be made in just a few minutes in an air fryer. It is a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables, and it is also a low-carb and gluten-free option.

To make cauliflower popcorn, simply cut a head of cauliflower into small florets. Toss the florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then, spread the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until the florets are golden brown and crispy.

While the cauliflower popcorn is cooking, make the sour cream herb dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, parsley, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the cauliflower popcorn is cooked, serve it immediately with the sour cream herb dressing. Enjoy!

Tips:

* For a crispier cauliflower popcorn, use a little more olive oil.
* To make the cauliflower popcorn ahead of time, cook it as directed and then let it cool completely. Store the cauliflower popcorn in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, reheat the cauliflower popcorn in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-3 minutes, or until warmed through.
* For a different flavor, try using other herbs in the sour cream herb dressing, such as basil, oregano, or thyme.
