Tom Kerridge: So, Rob, thanks so much for joining me today.

Rob: No problem, Tom. It's a pleasure to be here.

Tom Kerridge: So, you're a self-confessed "massive foodie." What is it about food that you love so much?

Rob: Well, for me, food is all about bringing people together. I love cooking for my friends and family, and I love seeing the joy on their faces when they eat something I've made. There's just something so special about sharing food with the people you love.

Tom Kerridge: I totally agree. And I think cooking at home is such a great way to do that. It's a way to show your loved ones how much you care about them.

Rob: Absolutely. And it's not as hard as people think. Anyone can cook great food at home, even if they're a complete beginner.

Tom Kerridge: That's great to hear. So, what are your top tips for cooking great food at home?

Rob: Well, my first tip would be to start with simple recipes. Don't try to do anything too complicated when you're first starting out. Just focus on getting the basics right.

Tom Kerridge: And once you've mastered the basics, you can start to experiment with more complex recipes.

Rob: Exactly. And don't be afraid to make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes when they're learning to cook. Just keep practicing, and eventually, you'll become a great cook.

Tom Kerridge: That's great advice, Rob. Thanks so much for sharing your tips with us.
