Quick Pizza Dough

This recipe for quick pizza dough is perfect for those nights when you want to have pizza but don't have time to wait for the dough to rise. It's made with just a few simple ingredients and can be ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

* 1 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
* 1 teaspoon (5g) active dry yeast
* 1/2 teaspoon (3g) sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
* 1/2 cup (120ml) warm water (105-115°F)
* 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Add the warm water and olive oil to the bowl and stir until a dough forms.
3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
