Cold Brew Coffee Maker Method:

1. Add the coffee grounds to the cold brew coffee maker.
2. Fill the coffee maker with cold water.
3. Let the coffee steep for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator.
4. After steeping, remove the grounds from the coffee maker.
5. Pour the coffee over ice into a pitcher or carafe.

Cheesecloth/Sieve Method:

1. Line a cheesecloth or fine-mesh sieve with a few layers of cheesecloth.
2. Add the coffee grounds to the cheesecloth-lined sieve.
3. Pour the cold water over the coffee grounds and stir to combine.
4. Let the coffee drip through the cheesecloth into a pitcher or carafe.
5. Discard the coffee grounds.

Tips:

* Use coarsely ground coffee beans for the best flavor.
* Let the coffee steep for at least 12 hours for a strong flavor.
* You can adjust the strength of the coffee by adding more or less coffee grounds.
* Add milk, cream, or sugar to taste.
* For a refreshing twist, add flavored syrups or fruit juices to your iced coffee.

Variations:

* Cold brew iced coffee: This method produces a smooth, less acidic coffee.
* Nitro iced coffee: This coffee is infused with nitrogen gas, which gives it a creamy, foamy texture.
* Vietnamese iced coffee: This coffee is made with strong coffee, condensed milk, and ice.
