Instructions:

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl to form a thin, even layer. 3. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the edges are slightly browned and the batter is set. 4. Remove from the pan and set aside. Repeat to make 6-8 rice noodle rolls. Making the Filling: 1. In a bowl, combine the bacon, dried shrimp, spring onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well. Assembling the Rolls: 1. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of filling on the bottom third of each rice noodle roll. 2. Roll up the rice noodle rolls tightly, starting from the bottom. Serving: 1.
